Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1352 SEVENTH STREET WEST in Council File RLH SAO 18-69.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 18-69 on October 3, 2018 which granted an extension to November 14, 2018 for both vehicles to be gone or must be operable and have current tabs at 1352 Seventh Street West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on December 4, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
