Amending Council File RLH VO 18-51, adopted October 17, 2018, to grant Ranjit Bhagyam an additional extension for property at 2012 COMO AVENUE.

WHEREAS, on October 17, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH VO 18-51, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Ranjit Bhagyam to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 2012 Como Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until November 15, 2018 to complete the repairs or vacate the property; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for compliance as he is unable to complete the work by that date; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to January 1, 2019 for work to be done with the exception of the driveway repair and missing metal trim at eaves which are granted until June 1, 2019.
