RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of seventy five thousand dollars and no cents ($75,000.00) in full and final settlement of Slaughter’s claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys’ fees regarding the incident on July 5, 2018.
