WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services has determined that there exist within Section 11.03 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul provisions that are now outdated and need to be amended; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: The Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby requests the Saint Paul Charter Commission to review the proposed ordinance attached hereto regarding the amendment of Charter Section 11.03 regarding the City of Saint Paul’s Property Tax Authority and recommend its adoption pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 410.12, subd. 7.
