WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 18-1714 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for the 2018 Street Maintenance Service Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on November 7, 2018 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council removed 10 Delos St. W., property ID number 08-28-22-22-0001, from the assessment roll for further consideration; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be payable in one (1) installment.
