Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Parks and Recreation Tort Liability Fund 1-10041100-74205-4110013000-74205 to Progressive Insurance Company as subrogee of Nashan Miller, the amount of seven thousand six hundred fifty-six dollars and sixty-four cents ($7,656.64) in full and final settlement of their no fault subrogation claim from a vehicle accident that occurred on or about the 17th day of December, 2017 in Saint Paul, MN.
