WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Victor N. Clement to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 467 IVY AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condemnation, order to vacate and vacant building registration as the utilities have been restored, but noting that the remaining items in the Order will be converted to a Correction Order; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
