Body

WHEREAS on September 19, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 18-59, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during January 10 to April 19, 2018 (File No. VB1813, Assessment No. 188821); and

WHEREAS, the property at 2212 Fifth Street East, being described as: Lot 5 Block 9 of FOOSHE'S EAST HOME ADD NO 4 EX E 28.5 FT; LOT 5 & ALL OF LOT 6 BLK 9, with the property identification number 35-29-22-14-0009 was assessed an amount of $2284; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $2284 to $1043 based on recommendation of the City Attorney's Office Litigation Division; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 18-59 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
