WHEREAS, on July 11, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 18-85, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Summary Abatement for property at 1020 Bandana Boulevard West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council grant Gabriel Mba an extension until October 1, 2018 to bring the exterior scraping and painting of all wood surfaces into compliance; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the property due to lack of funds; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on October 2, 2018 to review its appeal for granting the extension; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the City Council grant an extension to July 1, 2019 for the completion of the repairs; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that extension is hereby granted to July 1, 2019.
