Title

Appeal of Tom DeLisle, Jr., Delisle Co. Realtors, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1199 HANCOCK STREET.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, September 18, 2018, 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  We're requesting to remove this property from the vacant list with no fees charged to DelCo, please.  The reason is DelCo was never notified the water was being shut off or that there were city code issues.  If we had, we would have taken care of it right away, which is now the case.  The property was sold to Mary Nyberg on 4-10-13 as a Contract for Deed; Delco pays the taxes.  Normally, DelCo is notified if there is a problematic property.  Due to health reasons, Mary became delinquent earlier this year.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  August 27, 2018

Inspector/Key Staff:  Tom Friel
