Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release of the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department Tort Liability Fund 1-10041100-74205-4110013000-74205 to West Bend Insurance Company as Subrogee of Christopher and Catherine Schneeman, the amount of twelve thousand forty-five dollars and eighty-two cents ($12,045.82) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim from a vehicle accident that occurred on or about the 19th day of June, 2018, at or near, Saint Paul, MN.
