WHEREAS on August 22, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-54, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal during March 2 to April 5, 2018. (File No. J1808P, Assessment No. 188408); and
WHEREAS, the property at 313 Front Avenue, being described as: Lot 8 Block 48 of AUERBACH & HAND'S ADDITION, TO S 1/2 OF LOTS 8 AND LOT 9 BLK 48, with the property identification number 25-29-23-13-0153 was assessed an amount of $217.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $217.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 18-54 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
