Body

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 18-44 on August 1, 2018 which granted an extension to September 15, 2018 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1729 Randolph Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 18, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
