WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 18-45 on August 1, 2018 which granted an extension to abate the nuisance conditions by cleaning out the basement by August 15, 2018 and the upstairs by September 15, 2018 at 547 Stinson Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on September 18, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions [were / were not] abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is [abated and the matter resolved / not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement].
