Purpose of Appeal: The Corrections Notice lacks specificity as to exactly what "Repair or removed fences on alley way." August and September are the busiest times for handymen and construction waste haulers. Appellant has the right to use workmen that he has used in the past and cannot be required to use workmen who have open time on short notice because their workmanship is below standard.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of John S. Jagiela to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 134 MONTROSE PLACE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 14, 2018 for the remove the discarded fencing and grant to November 1, 2018 for cleaning the gutter; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
