Purpose of Appeal: Appealing reasons: told by a previous police officer whenever license plate tabs were cut off of our car that as long as our cars were on our property, we did not need to have tabs. We buy our tabs every year but do not put them on our vehicle because thieves steal them and or cut the license plate off where tabs are. My husband has 4 herniated discs in his back so hasn't worked on the flat tires on the cars. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kathleen J. Carlson to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 1111 Jenks Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to November 1, 2018 for second vehicle to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
