Purpose of Appeal:  We are only appealing the time frame.  This is a historical building and we need more time to complete the work as we have to get approval from them on all outside work.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Heather Cothern to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice - Certificate of Occupancy at 213 BATES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant an extension to December 1, 2018 to bring exterior building items (Items 1-4) into compliance and to October 1, 2018 for the balance of the orders; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
