Body

WHEREAS on May 9, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH TA 18-157, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during August 14 to September 9, 2017. (File No. CRT1805B, Assessment No. 188211)).

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1321 Fifth Street East, being described as: Bergman’s Division E 17 Ft of Lot 18 and W 33 Ft of Lot 19 Blk 2, with the property identification number 34-29-22-22-0165 was assessed an amount of $965.00; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer on May 7, 2018 in Council File TA 18-157 recommended reducing the assessment from $965 to $662 (3 of the re-inspections were deleted) and spread over 3 years; however the resolution language needed to be clarified; Now, Therefore Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH TA 18-157 is hereby amended to reduce the assessment from $965 to $662 and make the assessment payable over 3 years.
