AMENDED 9/12/18

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 18-961 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean on Private Properties during the time period of April 2 to April 13, 2018; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 12, 2018 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 18-423:  1047 Breen Street;

RLH TA 18-410:  452 Carroll Avenue;

RLH TA 18-432:  801 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 18-417: 120 Congress Street;

RLH TA 18-422:  1006 Iglehart Avenue;

RLH TA 18-427:  1074 Jessie Street;

RLH TA 18-435:  991 Kilburn Avenue;

RLH TA 18-425:  623 Laurel Avenue;

RLH TA 18-421:  1295 Marion Street;

RLH TA 18-436:  861 Payne Avenue;

RLH TA 18-426:  1314 Rice Street;

RLH TA 18-424:  1772 Scheffer Avenue;

RLH TA 18-418:  981 Victoria Street North;

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
