RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Jessica Kingston and her attorney, Adrianna Shannon, Shannon Law LLC, the total sum of two hundred fifty thousand and no cents ($250,000.00) in full and final settlement of all claims, damages, and attorney fees.
