Title

Appeal of Elizabeth G. Burr to a Summary Abatement Order at 2025 FAIRMOUNT AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  July 17, 2018, 11:00 a.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  My appeal is for permission to keep my two rose bushes in the boulevard in front of my house.  Previous inspectors have allowed them to remain without an appeal.  I hope to make this permission permanent as long as I prune the rose bushes both vertically and horizontally, i.e. keep them within reasonable limits.  My husband was the gardener.  He died last year, and I am trying to catch up.

I seek permission to keep everything, with special emphasis on the rosebushes in the boulevard, the cup plants, the Joe-pye weed, and all other native plants.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  June 28, 2018
