Authorizing the City to enter into an agreement with the City of Minneapolis that includes an indemnification clause.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul requests authorization to enter into an agreement with the City of Minnespolis to obtain their application framework to create an application to manage the Right Track program; and
WHEREAS, the agreement with the City of Minneapolis includes an indemnification clause; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes the City of Saint Paul and the proper city officials to execute and implement the agreement with the City of Minnespolis which includes an indemnification clause.
