Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget in the amount of $216,875 in additional revenues and $197,125 transfer of appropriations for the Wilson Mill and Overlay Project.
Body
WHEREAS, Department of Public Works plans to mill and overlay Wilson from Ruth to McKnight and plans to fund this project with Municipal State Aid (MSA), assessments and Sewer Utility financing; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to transfer $197,125 from MSA Contingency, add $202,375 of assessment financing, and add $14,500 of Sewer Utility financing into the project; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for appropriation of funds of $216,875; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there is available for transfer of appropriation of funds of $197,125; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $216,875 is available for appropriation and $197,125 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvements Budgets in the following particulars:
