WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Amy Andree to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection and Vacate Order at 1029 BURR STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant to August 15 to restore the electrical service or the property must be vacated by August 16, 2018; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
