Appeal of Tom Harrington to a denial of a Request for Fence Variance at 1011 JESSIE STREET.

Purpose of Appeal: 4' high fence is not high enought to keep a large dog from putting head over fence when people walk by. Sidewalk also slopes so a 4' high fence panel will be 4'7" at lower end. 5' high panel can adjust to slope and stay same height.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Tom Harrington to a denial of a Request for Fence Variance at 1011 JESSIE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
