Purpose of Appeal: My name is Josh Lindquist. I am currently remodeling 399 Thomas Ave in St. Paul. I would like to ask for an extension of the completion date to be Sept 19th. I had some set backs in the project due to a worker injuring his wrist. This extension would give me the time I need to finish this major remodeling project. Thank you for considering.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joshua Lindquist to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 399 THOMAS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
