Authorizing the Police Department to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Regions Hospital that includes an indemnification clause.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department requests authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Regions Hospital to provide mental health response and case management services for no monetary compensation; and
WHEREAS, the agreement with Regions includes an indemnification clause; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes Assistant Chief Kathleen Wuorinen and the proper city officials to execute and implement the agreement with Regions Hospital which includes an indemnification clause.
