WHEREAS on February 28, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-5, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during June 7 to September 21, 2017. (File No. VB1805, Assessment No. 188804); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1119 Raymond Avenue #2, being described as: Condominium Number 248 St. Anthony Park Condominium Unit No. 2, with the property identification number 29-29-23-12-0071 was assessed an amount of $2284; and
WHEREAS, Property owner stated she did not get assessment letter and filed in District Court and was referred back for review of the vacant building fee, noting no permits were pulled; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on July 17, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends ratifying the assessment and spreading the payments over 5 years as the owner has already been in the Vacant Building Program for the entire year; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that Council File No. RLH AR 18-45 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
