WHEREAS on June 6, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-33, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during January 3 to 27, 2018. (File No. J1806P, Assessment No. 188406); and
WHEREAS, the property at 291 University Avenue West, being described as: Lot 11 Block 2 of Chamber's Addition Subj to St; Lots 11 & Lot 12 Blk 2, with the property identification number 36-29-23-13-0189 was assessed an amount of $192.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti abatement waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $192.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 18-33 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
