Supporting Alula/Resolution Products, LLC's Job Creation Fund application.

Whereas, the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (the “City”) desires to assist Alula/Resolution Products LLC, a security technology company, which is proposing to consolidate existing facilities and jobs from outside Minnesota and locate a facility in Saint Paul; and,
Whereas, Alula/Resolution Products LLC, through and with the support of the City, intends to submit to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development an application for an award and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund Program; and,
Whereas, the Saint Paul City Council considered this matter at their meeting on July 18, 2018; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, after due consideration, the Mayor and City Council hereby express their support for the project proposed by Alula/Resolution Products LLC, and its application for an award and/or rebate from the Job Creation Fund Program and authorize the proper City officials to take the appropriate actions necessary to facilitate the purpose of this resolution.
