WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 18-20 on April 11, 2018 which granted an extension to July 1, 2018 to scrape the peeling paint in front of the house facing the street at 1265 Third Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 10, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
