Title

Appeal of Fllorin and Daniela Orza to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 363 WOODLAWN AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, June 12, 2018, 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  We currently have plans to build a new home on the lot; construction to start soon.  We bought the property in 2016 and planned to remodel it, but the property was accidentally totally flooded in the spring of 2017 and all equity was lost.  We re-assessed our options and currently have plans to build a new house on the lot.  The outside of the property (yard, street) was cleaned, maintained, grass mowed, and snow plowed since we bought it, until today.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  May 24, 2018

Inspector/Key Staff:  Mike Kalis

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  10/22/18:  Owner called to ask for more extension, told PO the fee would need to go to
