RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Hanover Insurance Company as subrogee of Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Arts, the sum of $24,230.34 in full settlement of any and all claims for property damages as a result of flooding of the school located at 16 West 5th St., Saint Paul, MN on September 18, 2017.
