WHEREAS on June 6, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 18-33, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during January 3 to 27, 2018. (File No. J1806P, Assessment No. 188406); and
WHEREAS, the property at 757 Grand Avenue, being described as: Summit Park Addition to St. Paul in Ramsey County, Minnesota Ex W 30 Ft Lot 23 and W 10 Ft of Lot 26 and All of Lots 24 and Lot 25 Blk 7, with the property identification number 02-28-23-42-0013 was assessed an amount of $202.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $202.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 18-33 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
