Purpose of Appeal: I'm undegoing chemotherapy and will be finishing treatment June 1. Therefore, I'm requesting more time. My garage door was vandalized, & I require 3 professionals to complete this order, carpenter, painter & garage door installer. The bid process alone takes a couple of weeks. Would like extension until August 11, 2018. Please don't schedule hearing until my chemo is over.

WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Trudy Green Ellsworth to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 788 CHARLES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
