Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 96 MANITOBA AVENUE in Council File RLH RR 18-12.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 18-12 on March 14, 2018 which granted an extension for 45-days to abate the nuisance conditions at 96 Manitoba Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 26, 2018 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
