Appeal of Andrew & Sally Zimney to a Summary Abatement Order at 1397 BAYARD AVENUE.

Purpose of Appeal: I hauled the brush. I would argue that the contents of the bagster are not improperly stored or accumulated. That said, I have ordered a pick up of the bagster. Under normal circumstances, Waste Management (who does the pick up), could guarantee pick up of the bagster by June 26. Due to high volume, they have informed me that it may not be picked up until June 28. Regardless, it will be addressed in a timely manner--June 28 at the latest.

WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Andrew & Sally Zimney to a Summary Abatement Order at 1397 BAYARD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
