WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lori Ann Jacobson to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 995 REANEY AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to grant an extension to July 20, 2018 for the dryer vent permit to be finaled and grant until November 1, 2018 for the roof and exterior painting forthcoming, pending result of June 26 Legislative Hearing; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
