Body

WHEREAS on April 18, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 18-18 to delete the assessment for Boarding and/or Securing services during November 2017. (File No. J1806B, Assessment No. 188105); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1825 Mechanic Avenue, being described as: Hazel Park Plat B W 6 Ft Of Lot 17 And Ex W 3 Ft Lot 16 Blk 4, with the property identification number 26-29-22-23-0097 was assessed an amount of $457; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment due to exigent circumstances; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $457, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 18-18 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
