Approving a License Agreement with Clear Channel Outdoor to allow entry upon Clear Channel Outdoor property to evaluate the conditions following the Wabasha Slope slide of April 28, 2018.

WHEREAS, on April 28, 2018, a slope failure occurred on private property adjacent to Wabasha Street, which is a public right-of-way in the City of Saint Paul, causing a public safety emergency which requires the closing of Wabasha Street until the situation canbe evaluated by professional engineers; and,
WHEREAS, the private property includes property owned by Clear Channel Outdoor and Clear Channel Outdoor has agreed to allow the City of Saint Paul access to the property in the form of a License Agreement which includes an indemnification provision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the terms of the License Agreement attached hereto are hereby approved, and the proper city officials are authorized to sign the agreement.
