Approving a waiver of the 45-day waiting period to approve a Malt Off Sale (Brewery) license with conditions to Amazen, LLC, d/b/a Vine Park Brewing Co. (License ID #20180001388) at 1254 7th Street West.

WHEREAS, Amazen, LLC d/b/a Vine Park Brewing Co., (License ID #20180001388) applied for Malt Off Sale (Brewery) license for the premises located at 1254 7th Street West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee requested a waiver of the 45-day notification waiting period for approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from West 7th/Fort Road Federation in support of a waiver the 45-day notification waiting period and approving the license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no other objections to a waiver the 45-day notification waiting period and approval of the license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of a waiver of the 45-day notification waiting period and approval of the license; now therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a waiver of the 45-day notification waiting period is hereby granted along with approval of the Malt Off Sale (Brewery) license and conditions are as follows:
Pursuant to Zoning File #04-050-594, approved Change of Non Conforming Use from commercial bakery to brew on premises store with the following conditions:
1. Any future increase in capacity to more than six (6) kettles shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission as an enlargement of a nonconforming use.
2. The hours of operation will be between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm, no more than six (6) days per week.
