Purpose of Appeal: Water was off due to financial hardship. House was a mess because the friends I invited wouldn't leave and they were bringing homeless people in so I had to get an order from the court to kick them out but the city came when water was off. Water is back on and property is clean.

WHEREAS, in the matter of appeal of Noela Suhfor to a Notice of Condemnation Unfit for Human Habitation Order to Vacate at 1007 OXFORD STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
