WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Patrick Hogan to a Correction Notice-Complaint Inspection at 1142 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 7, 2018 except Item 7 pertaining to deck railing which is granted an extension to June 19, 2018; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
