Approving the Mayor's appointment of Denise Hausladen to the Warm Air Heating and Ventilation Installers Board of Examiners.

WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code Section 370.06 (5) establishes a Warm Air Heating and Ventilation Installers Board of Examiners (the “Board”); and
WHEREAS, the Board is to be composed of the Building Official and four appointive members, one of whom shall be a journeyperson warm air heating and ventilation installer holding a certificate of competency; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Chapter 3.01.8 of the Saint Paul City Charter, hereby appoints Denise Hausladen, a journeyperson warm air heating and ventilation installer, to serve her first three- year term on the Board, such term to expire on June 30, 2021; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Saint Paul City Council consents to and approves the appointment, made by the Mayor, of Denise Hausladen to serve on the Warm Air Heating and Ventilation Installers Board of Examiners, with a term to expire on June 30, 2021.
