RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to State Farm Insurance Company as subrogee of Jeffrey Gross the sum of $21,058.31 in full settlement of any and all claims for property damages as a result of an automobile accident on Hiawatha Ave S north of Cedar Ave on ramp in Minneapolis, MN on January 16, 2018.
