Body

WHEREAS on March 21, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. AR 18-12 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during January 11 to October 20, 2017. (File No. VB1806, Assessment No. 188805); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1394 Fifth Street East, being described as: Cic No 391 Newbridge Lot 5 Blk 3, with the property identification number 34-29-22-23-0194 was assessed an amount of $2284.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because owner has demonstrated the property has been occupied from November 18, 2017 through the present; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2284, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 18-12 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
