Resolution appointing the Chair of the Board of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul to the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Housing Finance Board

WHEREAS, due to his departure from the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul (“HRA”), former Commissioner Russ Stark has vacated his position as a Committee member of the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Housing Finance Board; and
WHEREAS, on January 10, 2018, pursuant to Resolution 18-55, the HRA Board of Commissioners appointed Commissioner Chris Tolbert as Chair of the HRA Board of Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the HRA Board of Commissioners recommends that the HRA Chairperson participate with the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Housing Finance Board; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, that Chris Tolbert, HRA Chairperson, is hereby appointed to the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Housing Finance Board.
