RESOLVED, that, upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the Board of Water Commissioners, the proper Board officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay, from the settlement fund, Accounting Unit 69082105, Account 74205-0, to Sentinel Property Management Corporation as subrogee of 445 Minnesota St. the sum of $40,840.88 in full settlement of any and all claims for damages sustained on November 29, 2017 at 445 Minnesota St, Saint Paul, MN.
