Approving adverse action against the Pedal Car Driver license application submitted by Aaron J. Mandelman.

WHEREAS, the Pedal Car Driver license application submitted by Aaron J. Mandelman (License ID# 20130003520) for the City of Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Deny License dated April 3, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Pedal Car Driver application had been in “pending” status since July 27, 2017 and in order to complete the application process the applicant would need to submit an official copy of his Wisconsin driving record for the previous three (3) years as required by Saint Paul Legislative Code § 374.5(d); and
WHEREAS, the applicant failed to submit an official copy of his Wisconsin driving record for the previous three (3) years; therefore, the licensing department recommended denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the licensee failed to respond to the Notice of Intent to Deny License to submit an official copy of his Wisconsin state driving record, request a public hearing or withdraw his license application; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Deny License stated that if the applicant failed to submit an official copy of his Wisconsin state driving record, request a public hearing or withdraw his license application by April 13, 2018, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Pedal Car Driver license application submitted by Aaron J. Mandelman is hereby denied.
