WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 18-283 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for the 2017 Street Maintenance Service Program-Mill and Overlay: Selby Avenue from Summit Avenue to Arundel Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 20, 2018 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the 2017 Street Maintenance Service Program-Mill and Overlay: Selby Avenue from Summit Avenue to Arundel Street; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in ten (10) equal installments.
